The barn
Our 5000 square foot, air-conditioned barn was designed specifically to host weddings and events with up to 200 guests. With 30 foot cathedral ceilings and exposed beam construction, the barn is the perfect backdrop for any reception. Refined detail and the general barn design allows for a variety of layout and design options and a blank palette for rustic charm to elegant sophistication. Amenities include an attached caterers’ kitchen with a private entrance, full restroom facilities, and a generous amount of space to afford flexibility of use.

the grounds
Enter through the gates and immerse yourself in the privacy of 5 acres at the foothills of Murrieta. Beautiful mature trees and manicured landscape set the scene for a variety of intimate ceremony and cocktail hour locations. Settings include an open grass field with a waterfall backdrop, a tree canopied garden, and a variety of other locations that are spacious, yet intimate. In addition, the grounds consist of an outdoor kitchen and patio, on-site parking, pool, and additional spaces for flexible use for weddings, corporate events, parties, and more. With access to the entire estate, the grounds are your palette to create the event of your dreams.

the residence
The residence is over 4,500 square feet of elegant design and comfortable space. Boasting 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a bridal suite, bonus room, family room, and gourmet kitchen, the residence can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

Start with our base Venue Exclusive, which includes everything you need for a stunning event, then tailor your day with custom enhancements that fit your vision and budget.
Foundation
The core venue rental fee covers exclusive use of our Ceremony Site, Cocktail Hour Area and Beautiful Barn for Reception.
What’s Included:
Exclusive Access: 6-Hour Private Event Rental, access to our on-site Residence with Getting Ready Suites can be added on for an additional cost. Night Stays are also available as an addition.
The Essentials:
60" Round Tables, White Padded Chairs for both Ceremony and Reception space for up to 100 Guests (Maximum guest count is 200, Guests over 100 are charged at a per person rate of $55).
Indoor & Outdoor Spaces: Seamless access to our ceremony area, cocktail hour, and reception space starting at 12PM with (1) Hour after event ends for cleanup.
On-Site Facilities:
Full restrooms, and ample guest parking.
Site Coordinator:
Dedicated Site Coordinator throughout your event to coordinate vendor arrivals and facility needs.
Bartender:
(1) Bartender for duration of event included. If guest count is over 100 and you are planning on serving alcohol, a 2nd Bartender is recommended.
